Refund policy
Please contact us if you have a problem with your product. We strive to make sure our products meet our quality standards and our customers are satisfied. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your product. Many of our products are custom personalized and produced one at a time for each customer, in this case, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect in the product. If there is a defect with a product, a refund will be issued OR a new product will be sent to you. ALL sales are final. Please be sure to order carefully when choosing personalized orders, making sure to type the correct spelling, punctuation and capitalization. We are not responsible for typographical errors, mis-spellings, etc. made by customers. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
